The pressure-side cleaner has some similarities with the suction-side cleaner when it comes to use and installation. They are both helpful in keeping the swimming pool free from dirt and debris as well. Although these devices do make the cleaning easier, they will also need some routine maintenance to ensure that they work properly at their peak performance and that they can be used for a longer period of time.

The first thing to do is to clean and clear the pool filter by turning the pump on for a good 5-10 mins. to flush the return line then turn it off. To the swimming pool pump return jet or return line, install a universal wall fitting. Check on the length of the needed leader hose enough to go around and to the deepest part of the pool. Then trim it! Connect the leader hose to the feed hose then twist in the leader hose to the designated wall fitting from the return line or return jet. Do not forget to follow and ensure that the trimming of the hose is always based on the manufacturer's instruction, by extending the hose to the farthermost corner of the swimming pool side to side to the pool surface. Get the other side of the feed hose and link it to the pool cleaner. Make sure that the feed hose will float evenly into the pool. Begin to start your pool pump and turn the booster pump next if in case you have any. Lastly, always make sure that the pressure-side pool cleaner is within the suggested rotations per minute depending on the model device you are using. If it moves too fast, it will not be able to vacuum well because the device cleaner will move up or take off. And if it is too slow, the pressure-side pool cleaner can not rotate around the swimming pool surface very well. Do this to your pool as a cleaning routine as often as needed or at least twice a week.
